Jacaranda

As I have said before I love trees. The Jacaranda is about as beautiful tree as there is. This is the Jacaranda's time of year and I enjoy seeing them peek out from all sorts of locations.

In Guanajuato the Jacaranda is everywhere.

Not sure what kind of tree this is but it's pretty.

I love the natural splashes of color.
The bright purple in the middle is a buganvilla.

These guys are wondering,
"What is that crazy gringo taking a foto of?"

  1. Jason, the yellow flowered tree is a grevilia. It is a good dry climate tree and the flowers attract lots of birds. Pretty, too!
